If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care email@example.com or call us on 1800 889 1011 within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We willarrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as peryour request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.
Further for exchange/return of the products, refund will be processed within 7 working days subject to product inspection.
You may return most new, unopened items within 5-7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product (shipping cost will be deducted). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item,etc.). Shipping charges/duties and tax if any are non-refundable.
